Food Service Inspections

Food service inspections are made by the Henderson office of the Green River District Health Department.

A — 85 to 100 percent with no critical violations.

B — Failed two consecutive regular inspections or a follow-up inspection.

C — Any critical violations or 84 percent and below. A follow-up inspection is required within 10 days.

The Hendersonian only provides details of critical violations.

Note: Health Department said a hand sink was moved during a renovation and there was no hand sink in the area of the renovation, which caused the inspection. Temporary hand sink was installed in the appropriate area the next day.

-No handwashing sink available in prep area.

-Issues with nonfood-contact surfaces.

-Broken vent pipe behind water heater.

-Men’s restroom lacks frequent cleaning.
