Lady Cols finish 8th
Henderson County opened its outdoor track and field season with a strong all-around performance Saturday, winning the 2026 Colonel Classic behind contributions across all events.
The Colonels totaled 137 points to finish first in the 10-team field, pulling away from 2nd Daviess County by 19.5 points.
Meanwhile, the girls’ team placed eighth with 26 points and was led by a pair of individual event winners.
