A Blue Dots of Henderson organizer estimated that 200 people showed up at Henderson’s No Kings protest Saturday in Central Park.
Seven speakers voiced concerns about a range of issues, according to Jayna Russelburg, the advocacy and engagement lead of the organization.
Their concerns included the war in Iran, oppressive behaviors (tariffs, firing civil servants), the Save America Act, executive overreach, and generally the missteps of this administration, Russelburg said in a message to the Hendersonian.
There were also concerns about treatments of minorities and the threat of Christian nationalism, she said.

According to nationwide organizers, more than 3,000 No Kings protests occurred Saturday across the nation. Some estimates put the number of protesters at 8 million.
It was the third such coordinated nationwide protest, with the first occurring last June and the second in October.
At least 38 protests were scheduled across Kentucky on Saturday, according to a Kentucky Lantern article.
