Why did you decide to run for re-election?
It’s simple–I feel my work in this role isn’t done. This position takes time and dedication to fully learn all the moving parts required to run a city. In serving my first term, I’ve gained valuable experience and built strong working relationships. My hope is to continue expanding that knowledge and use what I have learned to make thoughtful, informed decisions that move Henderson forward.
Why do you believe you are the best choice for this seat?
I believe in respectful, solution focused conversations. I make it a priority to listen, understand different perspectives, get the facts, and work toward common ground that benefits the community as a whole. We might not always agree but I think it’s critical that we set an example of what it looks like to work together.
What are your top priorities for the next term, if elected?
1) Keep the city in good financial standing. 2) Work to grow and strengthen local economy. 3) Continued advocacy for big ticket items.
A final brief statement to support your candidacy.
I am seeking re-election because I care deeply about the future of Henderson and believe the work we’ve started needs to continue. This current term has given me additional experience and perspective, and I am committed to build on that momentum. Ultimately, this decision belongs to the voters. Each person should choose who best represents them–but I would be truly grateful for the opportunity to continue serving this community.
