The Gathering Place-Henderson Senior Center Executive Director Position Opening

Position: Full-Time Salaried

Typical Work Week: Mon.- Fri. 7am-3:30pm (additional days/hours as needed)

Start Date: Flexible

Immediate Supervisor: Board Chairperson

Overall Supervisor: Board of Directors

Salary Range: $47,000-$50,000(Based on Experience & Skill Sets)

Flex Benefit Plan Options: Medical (Aflac/FSA)/PTO Days/ 12 Paid Holidays & Year End Performance Based Bonus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Requiring Experience:

1. ‎ Organizational & Operational Management

2.   Financial Management, Budgeting & Recordkeeping

3.   Grants, Contracts & Compliance

4.   Facility Operations & Maintenance

5.   Procurement & Resource Management

6.   Staff & Volunteer Management & Supervision

7.   Senior Programs, Services, Activities & Special Events

Qualifications & Needed Skills

1. ‎‎ Demonstrated hands on Management experience in Senior Services required‎

2.  Ability to Successfully Multi-Task Daily

3.  Great Organizational, Time Management & Problem-Solving Skills

4.  Proficient in Quick Books or Similar System

5.  Proficient in Office 365 Pro Office Suite or Similar System

6.  Social Media & Webpage Management Experience 

7.  Proven Leadership in Effective Communication & Public Speaking

8.  Ability to Work Independently with limited supervision, while effectively collaborating and communicating with the Board of Directors
