A Henderson County Sheriff’s deputy who works court security at the Henderson County Judicial Center was arrested Monday and charged with third-degree terroristic threatening, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.
According to the sheriff’s office, Christopher Snow, 56, threatened a family member on Sunday.
On Monday, the sheriff’s office got a warrant and served it, said Sheriff Chip Stauffer.
The incident happened at Snow’s mother’s residence in Baskett, said Stauffer.
Snow was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center and was being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
Stauffer didn’t have any details about what the threat involved.
