The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the required annual inspection on the Twin Bridges are slated to begin today, Aug. 10.
Motorists should expect single-lane closures on the bridges through Aug. 20, said a cabinet release. The lane closures will be in place 9 a.m.-3 p.m. daily, said the release.
It also said that workers are putting in place a lane closure on the northbound bridge today.
A contractor working for KYTC will be handling the inspection, said the release.
