Food Service Inspections

Food service inspections are made by the Henderson office of the Green River District Health Department.
A — 85 to 100 percent with no critical violations.
B — Failed two consecutive regular inspections or a follow-up inspection.
C — Any critical violations or 84 percent and below. A follow-up inspection is required within 10 days.
The Hendersonian only provides details of critical violations.

    -Lack of properly maintained refrigeration unit for TCS food

    -Equipment is not maintained in good repair or does not allow for proper adjustment
    -Food/non-food contact surface is not smooth and easily cleanable
    -Food/non-food contact surface is not free of sharp internal angles, unnecessary ledges, projections and crevices
    -Food/non-food contact surface allows the migrationdeleterious substances or impart colors, odors or tastes.
    -Ice machine lacks frequent cleaning
    -Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment not cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulation of soil
    -Garbage/refuse containers not covered as required
    -Floors not clean
