HED attended the International Council of Shopping Centers trade show in Atlanta in October. Vanderpool said seven meeting appointments with interested developers occurred during the trade show and four follow-ups have occurred since.
She said she’s seeing interest from developers who work with retailers about coming to Henderson.
HED was not involved in Five Below’s decision to locate here, Vanderpool said.
