Food Service Inspections

Food service inspections are made by the Henderson office of the Green River District Health Department.

A — 85 to 100 percent with no critical violations.

B — Failed two consecutive regular inspections or a follow-up inspection.

C — Any critical violations or 84 percent and below. A follow-up inspection is required within 10 days.

The Hendersonian only provides details of critical violations.

-Handwashing machine not maintained and accessible at all times for employee use.

-Cooked pizza stored on lowest rack of green storage racks used.

-Dishwasher chemical dispenser in poor repair.

-Reach-in portion of line cooker in poor repair.

-Thermometer in reach-in cooler next to deep fryer does not have the proper scale.

-Area around ice machine lacks frequent cleaning. Ice machine in poor repair.

-Warewashing machine not equipped to automatically dispense detergents and sanitizers.

-Interiors of reach-in coolers lack frequent cleaning.

-Unclean walls, ceilings and attached equipment. Walls in ware washing/storage area next to hand sink and dish machine lack frequent cleaning.

-Light out in women’s restroom.
