Hezekiah Harris caught seven passes for 133 yards and two touchdowns, while also recording an interception, in Henderson County’s third-round playoff loss to South Warren. In what turned out to be the final game of the season, he posted his best statistical performance. He’ll look to carry this momentum into next year.
Harris on his performance: “I feel truly honored to be selected as Player of the Week! I want to give a big thanks to all my teammates, coaches, and everyone who voted for me. Although I can’t take all the credit myself, if it weren’t for my teammates, I wouldn’t have accomplished any of this, so I am grateful for them. Even though we didn’t end the season how we wanted to, I feel like we had a great year, and I improved overall as a person and a player. I can’t wait to see what next year brings!”
