The conversion of Field & Main Bank to Stock Yards Bank & Trust is gathering speed and is scheduled to be completed later this month.
Stock Yards mailed booklets about the changeover to Field & Main customers a few weeks ago, but a Stock Yards executive said it has received word from the U.S. Postal Service about some problems in getting them all delivered.
He noted that a link to conversion information, including for downloading the conversion guide, is displayed prominently at www.fieldandmain.com as well as www.syb.com.
There is also a schedule of key events, such as the mailing out on Oct. 2 of new Stock Yards MasterCard debit cards that can be used starting at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, the same time that Field & Main debit cards will stop working.
There is also information about Friday, Oct. 16, being the last day for scheduling a bill payment through Field & Main Bank BillPay, making mobile deposits and having access to Field & Main digital banking.
Such features will be available through Stock Yards starting Monday, Oct. 19, as well as access to using all 82 Stock Yards locations and ATMs in Kentucky, Indiana and the Cincinnati area.
Customers can continue using Field & Main checks until their supply is depleted.
