At the judicial center Tuesday, all dockets will be heard as scheduled.
Henderson Circuit Court Juror Orientation is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 300. Grand Jury orientation will be in Grand Jury Room. If unable to attend, phone 270.826.2405 after 8 a.m. or you may call Circuit Clerk Sutton on his cell between 6:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m. at 270.577.5939.
Henderson District Court Division 1
- Misdemeanor and forcible detainer will allow remote appearance. Call Henderson Circuit Clerk office at 270.826.2405 for instructions. Jail docket (misdemeanor) will be heard at 10 a.m.
Henderson District Court Division 2
- Probate: Parties and counsel may appear in person or remotely via Zoom. Meeting ID is 899-421-0501 password 42420. To appear by phone, call 312.626.6799 and follow prompts with same info.
- Traffic jail docket: Today’s, Monday’s, jail docket (traffic) will be heard at 12:30 p.m.

Warming shelters
Emergency responders are providing transportation to those who need to get to a warming shelter, according to information from the Henderson Office of Emergency Management. The Henderson Fire Dept, Volunteer Fire Department and the Rescue Squad will assist. Contact Henderson 911 Dispatch at 270-827-8700. They will notify Henderson Emergency Management who will make the necessary arrangements.
