A couple more protective order petitions, coming after an initial flurry on Tuesday, were filed last week against the founder of Henderson LIVE.

The first came from Henderson Tourist Commission Executive Director Abby Dixon, who in an addendum documented numerous social media posts from Henderson LIVE founder Adam Blythe. The addendum said it has left her to suffer substantial mental distress, “as it would any reasonable person.”

One of the points made in the filing is that Blythe has continuously made posts about Dixon, including some that she felt like he was watching her, even though she does not know him.

In the addendum, she said they met one time to discuss the possibility of a boating tourism project.

She said the meeting was at his request, and they did not ever work on any projects together.

Because she does not know him, she does not understand why he continued to make posts about her, said the addendum.

“His behavior towards her has progressed beyond bizarre rambling to now downright frightening, especially since they do not know each other,” said the addendum which was prepared with the help of attorney Davis Hunter.

Family Judge David Curlin granted Dixon’s request for a temporary interpersonal protective order.

Additionally, Edward Hickerson returned Thursday, Sept. 10, to the Henderson Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, after being one of five at the office on Tuesday, Sept. 8, filing for protective orders.

In his second petition, Hickerson claimed that Blythe was using his wife’s Facebook account to “stalk” Hickerson after a temporary order against Blythe was granted by Curlin on Sept. 8.

Hickerson wrote that Blythe’s wife’s Facebook page was popping up in his views and he believed Blythe or his wife were using it to intimidate or stalk through social media. Curlin did not grant this one, saying the “facts do not support emergency relief.” The judge, however, did issue a summons for Blythe’s wife to appear in court on Sept. 21 to determine if additional facts support granting the IPO.

The court date for all those involved in the filing of protective orders is 8:15 a.m. on Sept. 21.

Update: This version includes an update that Dixon had one meeting with Blythe at his request and they never worked on any project together.
