The 2025 City/County grant application is now live and available through United Way of Henderson County.

The United Way is not administering the funds, which will be grants from the Henderson City Commission and Henderson County Fiscal Court.

Local organizations that want this funding, though, will need to apply for it through a portal that is overseen by UW.

Interested organizations can apply at www.uwofhc.org/CityCountyGrant.

The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. May 2.

This grant opportunity is designed to support programs and services making a real difference in Henderson County, according to a release from UW.

The application has been crafted to be straightforward, outcomes-focused, and accessible—helping get resources to the places that need them most, said the release.

Organizations that are requesting funding for a public event or festival should complete a separate event grant application at www.uwofhc.org/CityCountyEventGrant

For more information or to troubleshoot, contact UW Executive Director Kelsi Dunham Johnston at  kdunham@uwofhc.org or 270-826-2107.
