The Henderson County Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing Meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Henderson County Courthouse, Fiscal Courtroom. At this time, the following will be heard:

APPEAL #1572 Submitted by Michael Shields for the property located in Henderson County at 7358 Old Corydon Rd (PID# 39-2-16).  The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to place a manufactured home in an Agricultural (AG) zone.

APPEAL #1575 Submitted by Jeffrey Yates for the property located in Henderson County at 8150 J Cox Rd. (PID# 101-39.3).  The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to construct two (2) non-residential structures on a lot containing over five (5) acres in an Agricultural (AG) zone.
