A Henderson man was found guilty on Wednesday of two counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years old.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Herb McKee, Jr., said in a release that a Henderson jury unanimously found Barry Barnes guilty.
Barnes will be a lifetime registrant on the sex offender registry, said the release.
Barnes’ sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 26, said the release.
McKee thanked the Henderson Police Department for investigating, the Children’s Advocacy Center of Green River District, local Victim Advocates and office staff.
