The Henderson City-County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in the Fiscal Court meeting room located at the Henderson County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Henderson, KY 42420. 

One or more members of the Planning Commission may participate via Zoom, and the meeting will be broadcast to the public live at the locations below.  This meeting will also be conducted as a video teleconference meeting as allowed under KRS61.826.  Any interruption in the video or audio broadcast at any location shall result in the suspension of the meeting until the broadcast is restored. 

The meeting will be streamed live to the following locations:

The following items will be heard:

Rezoning #1181– Submitted by Johnston Family Holdings, LLC, Jesse L. Johnston, for a portion of the property located in the City of Henderson at 1500 Madison Street (PID# 56E-55 and 56E-56) containing approximately .296 acre. The applicants have requested a zoning change/map amendment to rezone from General Business (GB) to Agricultural (AG).
