The Henderson City-County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Henderson Municipal Center, 3rd Floor meeting room located at the Henderson Municipal Center, 222 First Street, Henderson, KY 42420. One or more members of the Planning Commission may participate via Zoom, and the meeting will be broadcast to the public live at the locations below. This meeting will also be conducted as a video teleconference meeting as allowed under KRS61.826. Any interruption in the video or audio broadcast at any location shall result in the suspension of the meeting until the broadcast is restored.

The following items will be heard:
Rezoning #1183 with a Narrative Development Plan– Submitted by Jesse L. III & Teresia Johnston for the property located in Henderson County at 7492 Dr. Hodge Road (PID# 85A-29) containing approximately 0.23 acres. The applicants have requested a zoning change/map amendment with a Narrative Development Plan to rezone from Agricultural (AG) to General Business (GB).
Revisions to the Public Improvements Specifications– Revisions to the Potable Water Technical Standards included in the Public Improvement Specifications that are a supplement to the Henderson City-County Planning Commission Subdivision Regulations.
